LORI GALVIN

Galvin joined Aevitas Creative Management in 2015 after spending years as a book editor at America's Test Kitchen (where she got to taste treats in the test kitchen nearly every day) and Houghton Mifflin (where she worked in manuscript editing for adult trade and cookbooks). Earlier in her career she took time off from publishing to go to cooking school, work in restaurants, and run a bed-and-breakfast in Maine.
