Grub Gone Drag: A Night of Literary Alter Egos, 2016
On this very special Saturday evening, GrubStreet did its part to make the Boston literary scene a bit less uptight. As part of the 2016 Muse and the Marketplace conference, 400 writers, readers and friends converged on Villa Victoria Center for the Arts in the South End for a night of dance, fiction, drama, music and cabaret. The full extravaganza — recorded and edited here — featured:

8:30 – 8:35: Welcome by GrubStreet Artistic Director Christopher Castellani
8:35 – 9:10: “Alter Ego” Readings by playwright and actress Melinda Lopez, fiction writer and open contest winner Robin McLean, and fiction writers Kaitlyn Greenidge and Colum McCann
