Lisa Grubka (Fletcher and Co.) spent a decade first at the William Morris Agency and then Foundry Literary + Media before joining Fletcher and Co. in 2012. She represents both fiction and non-fiction, and works closely with her authors to ensure the best possible proposal or manuscript, and publication after that. In fiction, she’s looking for literary, upmarket, historical, literary suspense, and YA. She loves domestic sagas, unique voices, a strong sense of place, and page-turning momentum. In non-fiction, she looks for narrative, science, food, lifestyle/health, and more. She strives to match her authors with the right editors: the goal is to establish a whole career, not just place one book. Lisa began her career at Farrar, Straus and Giroux and is a graduate of the University of Michigan.
